Introduction
- Step 1: Navigate to the "Documents" section
- After logging into The Digital Bell, mouse over the Warehouse link, located in the menu at the top of any HillTop page. Next, mouse over the "Files" link to create a second drop-down menu. In this menu, click the "Documents" link. This will bring you to a list of the existing Warehouse documents. Return to Top
- Step 2: Edit the Document File
- Locate the document in the list, or use the "quick search" box to search for the title of file name of the document. Then, once you have found the appropriate file, click the Edit button (pencil icon) to the left of the title or file name. This will bring you to the "Edit Document" page. Return to Top
- Step 3: Replace the File

To replace a document, click the "Replace" file link, located under the "Document Options" heading in the right margin. After clicking the link, click the "Choose file" button, then navigate to the revised file's location on your computer. Once you have located the appropriate file, double click it to select it, then click the "Submit" button to upload the new file.
After the upload is complete, you will be returned to the "Edit Document" page. Finally, click the "Submit" button to complete the process and return to the file list.
